Hello, we are IC Parco della Vittoria from Rome. On March 20th, 2025 at 12:18 PM, our 7th grade class participated for the first time in the Eratosthenes experiment.
We measured the shadow cast by the gnomon using a meter stick, and measured the angle theta with a protractor. To ensure the correct positioning of the gnomon, we also used a spirit level and a plumb line.
